Gondolas

oil
This is for Michelle Burnett's Flying Moleskin. The theme for her book is, "Postcards and Snapshots", so I decided to do a painting of one of my favorite places - Venice. The long gondolas seemed to be the perfect choice for the format of her book.

Oh, how beautiful, Edward! I'm so excited to see this in person. I loved Venice when I went there. (Nearly 20 years ago!)

Can't thank you enough...It's truly masterful!

Beautifully done, Edward!! As I mentioned at the Moleskins, I like that blue color in there.

Just commented on the Moleskins but it bears repeating...
Venice is it's own little world and you captured it beautifully Edward!
